Óscar Eligio Ortiz Rodríguez is a Dominican entrepreneur based in Spain. As founder and CEO of Hosanna Brokerage and Hosanna Global, he has led business development, B2B negotiation and international operations across sourcing, transport, documentation, storage and delivery between Europe and the Caribbean. His work brings together strategy, execution, risk and long-term relationships.
As Founder & Architect of SAMANTHA, he translates that experience into a new category of enterprise technology. He defines the product vision, business architecture and governance principles of a human interface designed to connect people, knowledge, processes and specialised capabilities without surrendering executive authority to technology. He also develops ecosystems including SPLASY and ESTHER PRESENCE.
